When customers submit payment information such as credit card details the transmission is encrypted and protected using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The secure transmission of information is indicated by the appearance of the padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser when on the payment page.

Only Country Fabrics & Quilters Store employees who need to perform billing administration are granted access to credit card details.

How is an order processed?

When you submit your order an email is automatically sent to you, confirming your order, and to Country Fabrics & Quilters Store advising us of the pending order. No credit card information is contained in any email, this information is encrypted and stored securely and is only accessed by our administration staff using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. The credit card payment is then processed through the EFTPOS network. Once an order is processed all credit card details are removed from our system.

If you prefer you can phone or fax your order to us. Please do not include any credit card details in any emails that you send to us.

Except for the collection of credit card details using 128 bit SSL encryption, this website does not provide facilities for securely transmitting information across the internet. We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of all information that we collect, however no data transmission over the internet or information stored on servers accessible through the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure. These activities are undertaken at your risk.
